  The Quote/Background: This also the 40th anniversary of Marques de Casa   Concha. Marcelo, who comes to Toronto about once a year, spoke on the changing   nature of Concha y Toro as they position themselves internationally. They are   developing more food friendly wines in an elegant, sophisticated style, wines   that are also suitable for sipping on their own but appear to be better with   food.

  The Food: we ordered off the menu, which included salads (caprese) and   smoked salmon. There was pasta (lamb ragu, clams), and branzino or striploin or   cornish hens.
  The Downside: the subway was not really working well this AM, and I was   later than I wanted to be.
  The Upside: good wines and a chance to talk with Marcelo.
