The Availability/Catalogue: Ontario Licensee Price List for April 2018 had all the products in convenient bottle shots, region, price, and availability (consignment, et al).

The Quote/Background: There were stations scattered through some small rooms, which gave us a sense of both coziness and convenience.

The Wines: There were over 50 different products (wines, beers, spirits). I only tried some of the wines.

The Food: charcuterie and cheeseboards, breads and biscuits, dried fruit, shrimp spoons, platter passarounds.

The Downside: unfortunately, Papaioannou wines (some of my faves) were not available for tasting.

The Upside: one of the last wines I had was based on a Portuguese grape variety, thus providing a fortuitous segue to my next tasting 20 minutes later...
