The Food: Daniel et Daniel were the caterers, and they produced their now-standard charcuterie platter (but why the hot spiced meats?), international cheese platter, fresh veggies and dips, and assorted breads.
The Downside: I missed the cut-off date for the seminar
The Upside: most of the seminar wines were in the show.
