The Target Audience: wine trade and others for about 12 Ontario agencies

The Availability/Catalogue: most wines were currently available

The Quote/Background: there was a seminar (24 people) at 3PM, and I had a chance to savour seven wines; these have been folded into the ranges below.

The Wines: There was no listed catalogue of wines, just pages for tasting notes and names of agents. This slowed me down considerably as I was busy sipping and writing. Please excuse any typos below...

The Food: none until after 5, and then it disappeared quickly. Compensation: I took some leftover bread from the seminar.

The Downside: there was only one porto colheita.

The Upside: despite a remarkable lack of food, the event went well with crowds moving through the tables.
