The Date and Time: Thursday May 10 2018 Noon to 3PM
The Event: Tasting/Drinking wine with Frederic Brouca of AOC Faugeres, repped in Ontario by Nicolas Pearce.
  The Venue: Paris Paris
The Target Audience: licensees, wine writers, pr.
The Availability/Catalogue: all wines are here or will be here (see below)
The Quote/Background: Domaine Frederic Brouca has several different bottlings of his organic wines from the region. He explained them (all were red), but also began with some wines from his association with Mure in Alsace, for that white wine component of the afternoon. We tasted eight wines in all. He has markets in Newfoundland, Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, New York – with Paris as his largest overall market. 80% of his business is in the USA. He discussed each wine in detail; it was a great learning experience.
The Wines: All the wines are organic, prices are licensee.
