  The Quote/Background: This was an in-depth study of "Library" wines which   are currently available from Citation in Oregon. Howard explained his philosophy   of holding back wines and then selling them when they are ready to drink. French   oak used. He has an entry level wine called Centerstone which was shown at the   Oregon trade fair the next day (April 9). More details at www.citationwine.com
