The Date and Time: Thursday March 28, 2019  7:30 – 9:30 PM
The Event: Opening of Gallery 50 Photography Exhibit with a wine tasting hosted by Noble Estates.
  The Venue:  50 Quebec Avenue.
The Target Audience: 32 local residents (including 5 guys).
The Availability/Catalogue: we tasted four southern Italian wines plus Prosecco from the Noble Estates portfolio, as presented by Joe Alberti (Private & Licensee Sales). The wines are available by consignment, and ranged from $27.95 Licensee to $49.95.
The Quote/Background: Joe Alberti led a wine tasting with a Powerpoint program, opening with the freshly poured Prosecco from Foss Marai. He detailed the locations of the grapes and wines used in southern Italy and led us through the tasting with stress on aromatics and palates.
  The Wines:

The Food: Planeta olive oil, breads, crackers, sweet potato chips, salami
The Downside: the night went very quickly, and there was no time for the exhibits.
The Upside: great tasting wines, five was just about the right number.
