April 12/11: Both PMA Seminars a Hit at Toronto Hunt

The Time and Date: Tuesday, April 12, 2011   3 Pm to 9 PM
The Event: 2011 PMA Canada Chairman's Gala: the seminars
The Venue: Toronto Hunt
The Target Audience: PMA clients and licensees, wine media.
The Availability/Catalogue: all wines are available now or in the
coming months, through vintages, consignment, and the like.
The Quote/Background: Todd McDonald has put together this show and the
seminars for many years, since 1999. This year, the themes were Malbec
wines from Norton of Mendoza Argentina, and Pinot Noirs from Donum
Estate of Carneros California. Jorge Riccitelli, head winemaker at
Norton, and Anne Moller-Racke, winegrower and president of Donum Estate
led the seminars, which were insightful. The 1974 Malbec was a treat
unto itself!!
