The Target Audience: wine media and trade
The Availability/Catalogue: as usual, the catalogue was arranged
alphabetically by producer, with a full listing of wines available for
tasting. Both the Montreal and the Toronto shows were included, along
with the respective names of Ontario and Quebec agencies. Prices were
not given, but vintages and regions were, along with the approximate
percentages of grape composition in the wine. A first rate catalogue.

The Food: as always, the food was a highlight. There was lasagna, baked
pasta with eggplant, salumis, tomato and mozzarella, hazelnuts,
walnuts, cheeses (Gorgonzola, Asiago, Parmigiano Reggiano), truffled
tapenade crostini, prosciutto, and more – catered from Paganelli's.
The Downside: due to restraints, there was no seminar this year.
The Upside: it was also a small show, allowing more time to taste a
wider sample of wines.
