The Availability/Catalogue: most wines are available through the LCBO, Consignment or private order. Once again, the New Zealand catalogue was a model, with great notes on the industry, styles of wine, contact pages, names of wines and prices, where available, etc.

The Quote/Background: Canada is now #4 in receiving exported Kiwi Savvy. We learned this, as well as differing terroirs, in the seminar which featured 17 wines. Those wines have been folded into the notes below.

The Food: from the ubiquitous Daniel et Daniel – charcuterie plates with smoked duck breast; international cheeses; breads; veggies; sandwich quarters [tea?], pate and terrines.

The Downside: there seemed to be a lighter attendance than in previous years.

The Upside: a good seminar presentation.
