The Event: Tasting Marques de Casa Concha and Casillero del Diablo wines with winemaker Marcelo Papa.
The Venue: Toula, Westin Harbour Castle
The Target Audience: wine writers
The Availability/Catalogue: all vintages will be available in the months to come, see below.
The Quote/Background: This also the 40th anniversary of Marques de Casa Concha. Marcelo, who comes to Toronto about once a year, spoke on the changing nature of Concha y Toro as they position themselves internationally. They are developing more food friendly wines in an elegant, sophisticated style, wines that are also suitable for sipping on their own but appear to be better with food.
The Wines: All wines will be available through the Vintages program.
