The Food: truffled beef tartare; fried tofu; rice balls; pot stickers. Zuccardi also makes olive oils, and we had a chance to sample three different ones based on three olive varieties including Manzanilla. The agency is thinking of importing these oils.
The Downside: it was very hot outside.
The Upside: just the right amount of time to taste some 16 wines.
