The Time and Date:
The Event: A Tasting of Wines from
The Venue: Roy Thompson Hall Lobby
The Target Audience: wine trade
The Availability/Catalogue: the catalogue was another model of almost-perfection: spiral bound, clear writing with everything but price and form of distribution.
The Quote/Background: We can pretty well guess a price, but the method of distribution would have been good to know (Vintages and when?, consignment, private order, not available, only in
The Wines: There was a seminar on Prosecco, and I folded my preferences into the listing below. I did not taste all of the wines at the show, there were supposed to be 224 wineries there, which would suggest almost a thousand wines.
