The Quote/Background: There was a seminar on New Wines of Greece, led by John Szabo who presented eight wines. These have been folded into the ratings below.
The Wines: I did not taste every wine, preferring reds.

The Food: as always, the hotel provided some of the best lamb lollipops in town (albeit with bone), along with cured salmon, roast beef, cheeses, and a variety of sushi and other platters.
The Downside: it as a tough week and I had two more functions to go to this day.
The Upside: a new look at the newer wines.
