The Food: Daniel et Daniel did the catering: we had cheeses, charcuterie, skewered pecan chicken, veggies and dips, breads, biscuits, pates, terrines, and three kinds of empanadas (seafood, chicken, beef).
The Downside: the seminar went on too long.
The Upside: the special tables for tasting wines (prize winners, sustainability, licensee selections, seminar wines).
