The Food: Chef Michael Pataran sent out some poached sardines, salmon cherry miso, and Irish salmon tartare with smoked lemon salt. Plus a variety of oysters, principally Fanny Bay (BC) and Shigoku (
The Downside: It was roasting on the patio, which is where the entire venue of the restaurant is located.
The Upside: a chance to re-connect with some lovely people and some great oysters.
