The Event: A mini-portfolio tasting of wines offered through Le Sommelier.

The Venue: Fine Wine Reserve, King Street

The Target Audience: wine media and regular customers.

The Availability/Catalogue: the 19 wines are all at Vintages or by Consignment or through Vintages online. His tech/sell sheets were impeccable.

The Quote/Background: most of the wines offered follow sustainable, or organic or biodynamic practices.

The Food: charcuterie, pate, cheeses, breads.

The Downside: I'm resigned to spending all my Mondays at the Fine Wine Reserve.

The Upside: good quality upscale decent wines were tasted – and enjoyed.
