The Event: County in the City – tasting of Prince Edward County wines in Toronto
The Venue: Berkeley Church
The Target Audience: wine trade
The Availability/Catalogue: all wines available through the winery, some are also at the LCBO.
The Quote/Background: I did not taste all the wines as I was off to another tasting afterward.
The Wines: all wines are VQA, most were also PEC but some were blends of PEC and Niagara (this becomes "VQA Ontario" on the label). Prices are retail.

The Downside: there seemed to be a fairly light crowd.
The Upside: there was a separate area for wine writers to be alone with the bottles of wines, for concentration.
