The Quote/Background: Grieve talked about BioLOGIC, which combines organic and biodynamic principles. "Avondale is certified organic and we practice bio-dynamic agriculture". They also use conscientious technology such as gravity-flow. There was much discussion about organic wines and wine pricing. The Grieve family bought the estate in 1997.

The Food: bread, spinach salad, strip loin with green beans, dessert.
The Downside: I had to leave early for a play.
The Upside: a chance to talk with Johnathan before the proceedings began.
