The Food:  1)  Canapés (pate on crostini; shrimp and guacamole; sauted mushrooms; and others)  with Sparkling wine
      2)  - Gazpacho (watermelon) OR Cresson (hot watercress with blue cheese) OR
            Auvergnate Salad (arugula, apples, Bleu d'Auvergne, walnuts, walnut oil)
      3) Main Course:
         Supreme de poulet a la estragon (Harriston Co-op Chicken Suprême with shallots, tarragon, red wine sauce  OR
         Paleron au poivre (grilled flatiron beef, black peppercorns, frites)
         Saumon a l'oseille (roast Atlantic salmon with sorrel, green beans, mushrooms)
      4) Cheese Course
      5) Dessert:
         Glaces et sorbets OR tarte au fruit OR Balthazar (flourless chocolate cake)
