The Availability/Catalogue: most of the wines are or will be available. As usual, prices were far and few between, but I did note what I could.
The Quote/Background: We had an assortment of Tre plus some finalists and some recent vintages of EN PRIMEUR wines that were in bottle but not yet available for sale (DOP regulations). There also was a special table with about 20 Falanghina wines (including a sparkler). And a special area for producers looking for agencies to represent them in Ontario.
The Wines: I did not taste all the 100+ wines.

The Food: From Cibo and Don Alfonso: pastas, cheeses, ragu, polenta, grilled veggies, prosciutto, gorgonzola, Parmigiano Reggiano, sausages, condimenti, smoked salmon, desserts (cannoli, tiramisu), some different hams, espresso coffees.
The Downside: Prices were vague or had to be checked.
The Upside: Great food.
