Tasting New York state wines, Nov 17/11

8. The Date and Time: Thursday, November 17, 2011  6PM to 9 PM

The Event: a tasting of New York state wines

The Venue: 17th Annual Gourmet Food & Wine Expo, Metro Centre

The Target Audience: VIPs on opening night, trade.

The Availability/Catalogue: very few wines are available in Ontario, but the tasting was useful for keeping up-to-date with New York wines.

The Quote/Background: Robert Ketchin has for years co-ordinated the offerings of Uncork New York in Ontario. His booth is a good example of calm and decorum, plus tasting sheets.
