The Date and Time: Monday October 15 2018  11:30AM to 4PM
The Event: Italian Wine Expo 2018; discovering the many regions of Italian wines.
The Venue: Lodge on Queen, 251 Queen St West
The Target Audience: wine media and trade
The Availability/Catalogue: the catalogue listed some 90 wines, most available through Heirloom Vine Imports, one of the sponsors of the show. Prices, vintages, and a brief description of the company were provided. There were 19 companies attending. More details at www.heirloomvineimports.com

The Quote/Background: There was a relaxed seminar for an hour before the walkaround portion; these 15 wines were talked about by Jamie Drummond and I have incorporated my rating into the listings below. There was also a public tasting from 5Pm to 8PM.
The Wines: I did not taste every wine. Prices are generally licensee.
